- Payment in Canadian funds by cheque (canadian bank), international money order, credit card Visa or Mastercard (please add 2.5% of the total of the transaction to cover the administration fee) or bank wire transfer (please add $20 CDN, administration fee).
- Print and complete the PDF version of our Registration Form
- If you are under 18 years of age, please print, complete and mail the PDF version of Medical File, Waiver of Responsibility document and Access to Fitness Room with the Registration Form.
- Mail all the forms with the deposit (non-refundable).
- As soon as we receive your forms and deposit, we will send you by e-mail an Acknowledgment of Receipt and a Letter of Admission (international students / non-canadian students).
